Hybrid and digital event organization is increasingly moving into focus. To meet this demand, we have developed a conference setup over recent years for both hybrid and virtual events. In doing so, we combine state-of-the-art technology with the existing conference facilities available at hotels or event venues. Our focus is particularly on enabling interactive participation for all guests involved in the event, whether they are attending on site or joining via livestream.
We help you choose the right format for your event based on the applicable hygiene guidelines and requirements, which are continuously adapted to the current situation.
Both hybrid and virtual events offer unbeatable advantages:
- They are not limited by the number of participants.
- As with in-person events, interaction is possible. Participants can chat with one another using various digital tools, surveys can be launched, and much more.
- They are location-independent. Your participants can join the event from anywhere in the world.
To implement your hybrid or virtual event, we offer you a wide range of possible digital solutions:
- Purely virtual conferences
- Hybrid events
- Web conferences / webcasts
- Professional lighting, audio, and video technology
- Full-service IT support for the secure implementation of the event
- Displays in various sizes
Our range of services includes:
Streaming “One to Many”
In this format, also known as a webcast or livestream, content is transmitted from one person or a group of people to many viewers using video and audio. With the help of a Q&A chat or live polls, moderators and speakers can interact with the participants. In this setup, the participants themselves do not have audio or video rights.
Streaming “Many to Many”
By default, up to 50 people per room can take part in this audio and video meeting. All participants can communicate with one another directly or via group chat. In addition, content such as a presentation can be shared via screen sharing, or a YouTube video can be shared using the integrated YouTube function.
Streaming “Few to Many”
This type essentially combines the formats described above. The speakers join an audio and video meeting, and this many-to-many meeting is then streamed to a larger group of participants as a few-to-many format. While the speakers can actively see and hear one another, the participants themselves do not have audio or video rights. Communication takes place, for example, via Q&A chat.
